Lowest Price Guarantee
We guarantee our prices are lower than any major retailer's web site. If not, we'll match or beat the price listed on the major retailer's web site.
If you find a lower price for the same product on a major retailer's web site, simply send an email to customerservice@discountcologneandperfume.com and include a link leading to the lower priced item and we'll have a look. If the price listed on the major retailer's web site is in fact lower, we'll email you back with a matching or better price.
Note: DiscountCologneandPerfume.com, will determine if a web site is deemed a "major retailer web site" and is not obligated to match or beat every price. However, we will do our best to match prices as long as offering that price is still profitable to DiscountCologneandPerfume.com. When making price comparisons, only the price of the product listed is taken into consideration and not the price of the product and shipping combined.
Shipping Information
We currently offer two shipping methods:
4 to 7 Business Day Shipping
Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days depending upon your location. Shipping charges for most domestic orders is $6.99; however, shipping charges vary depending upon the quantity of items ordered. All domestic (U.S.) orders over $99.00 will receive free 4 to 7 business day shipping!
2-5 Business Day Shipping
Orders shipped using this method will be shipped 2nd Day Air with UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. Most orders arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Shipping charges depend upon the quantity of items ordered. All domestic (U.S.) orders over $149.99 will receive free 2-5 business day shipping!
International Shipping
We ship to the following international locations:

- Taiwan
- Hong Kong
- Ireland
- Russia
- Sweden
- Jamaica
- Bahamas
Orders shipped using this method will be shipped with standard international shipping. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days. Shipping charges depend upon the quantity of items ordered; $19.99 for 1-3 items, $29.99 for 3-6 items, $39.99 for 7-10 items, and $49.99 for 11+ items.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product return it within 30 days of your order date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skin care items due to health reasons. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
